super crafty weekend ahead

it's friday whoo hoo! I am excited because I have a super crafty weekend planned. Finishing some painting in my new condo and buying some new accessories. I found this sweet old window pane that I think I will need to go back and buy from our local re-use center. And I just finished a list of samples that I need to start for a booth at our local trade show megameet. Oh yeah, and my new favorite, glimmer mist, I am looking at it in a whole new light. I experimented a little or a lot earlier in the week and previewed some unfinished crafty business at my class last night and all of my students were loving it.....hopefully I will post a project or 2 on Monday. Until then a few more pics from our ski trip. One is of our gondola ride to 11,500 feet to the top of the mountain, the other is at the top!

have a craftylicious weekend, Hailey

sweet day.....

well it's time for a post. It has been a while....I have been off skiing in utah at snowbird last week with pat and the boys. we had a great time. I have been crafting a bit using some sticky canvas which totally rocks, and I have been brainstorming some ideas for some exclusive kits. I might say that they are pretty kick ass. I had lunch today with my bff Michelle and got some cool news from Ranger Ink to be shared at a later date...all in all a sweet day

pick me......

Hi.....remember me?

Here is a link to my photostream which has a limited number of pictures showing some of my craftyness. I do not like to post my work because I am working on a book....If you are interested in seeing more samples with UTEE, alcohol ink, distress ink, or just in general please email me.

Classes I have taught in the past year include the following: Mega Monograms (2x's), love cube, get grungy, my little guy mini book, altered bracelet, Fragment Mirror (5x's), Halloween mini book, holiday mini album, monthly scraplift class, and monthly page kit. I have also taught 8 classes for Rusty Pickle at CKC Ft. Lauderdale last year.

I am looking to add a monthly ranger themed class featuring different products and techniques and how to integrate them into a scrapbook layout.

better late than never.....

Wow....I have been super sick. When we returned from CHA I came down with the flu...bad.
So better late than never here are 2 simple layouts we can use for the Feb scraplift class at the Emporium. Also if you are going to use the Merry Bingo card and Grunge board from last class bring it and I can show you how to tie it together like the Hot Cocoa page. Photos used are 1 5x7 and 2 4x6 for Cocoa layout, and 4 4x6 photos for the tickle fight layout.

Also...those of you wanting to preview some of the awesome new products and sweet new techniques fresh from CHA stop into Scrappy Chic Livonia to see me Thursday Feb 5th for the CHA VIP Sneek Peek party.

valentine kit or class

ok....here is the long awaited valentine mini book that my students have been asking about.....

Though I have not decided if it is going to be a kit or a class....I am leaning towards kit because I am teaching 2 other classes in the first 2 weeks of and I am going to be at CHA starting tomorrow.

What do you think? Kit or Class? Leave a comment and let me know?
