knees....

Hello Everyone,

ok so I am bummed that I am still in mega recovery mode from my bilateral knee surgery. The left knee is almost free of pain but the right knee which I have nick named Puff Daddy is still giving me all sorts of pain. I am hoping by the weekend I will feel a little crafty and get some sewing therapy in.

I have some summer dresses in the back of my head, a cute idea for a reversible little purse, a crayon roll up, etc....

Also those of you who were asking about the classes I taught at mega meet I will be teaching them again at Scrappy Chic in Livonia Mi.

2 weeks in the life

phew again...I cannot seem to get in a posting rhythm. I would like to be able to post and update every couple of days but again it has been busy....Lets see what have I been up 2....

Finishing instructions for my 2 classes at MegaMeet. I need a nice sunny day so I can get some good pictures of each page.
Actually scrapping my own pictures by taking over my small scrap space at Pat's house and his dining room table. Opening day for little league..
A little indoor knee hockey while it was raining out.
Taking the fur baby to training.
And oh yeah 3 birthdays in the matter of three weeks....My son's this past Sunday, Pat's this Sunday, and my daughter's next Sunday. Oh and toss in kitting 300 class kits for Mega Meet, a dress rehearsal tonight, recital tomorrow for my daughter, mother's day, and a surgery consult for my knee. Hope you enjoyed my fun pics from the past weeks. PS. you can see how overcast and rainy it has been in Michigan...we need some warmth and sun.

April 13th

well I cannot believe sometimes how quick the time passes by. I have been sewing like made happily making cute things for some custom orders. I have been trying to actually scrapbook for myself to get my passion and creative juices going again.....viola they are back. I managed to finish my album from my birthday trip to Paris. Which I got a little teary eyed looking at it. I love it and I am done with it. Now on to bigger and better things. I am revamping my old website and merging it with my new domain www.haileymann.com Here I will have a set up to sell my canvas wall hangings, sewing projects, and all things crafty or misc.

hello mixed media students

hello everyone,

I have been waiting for some nice weather so I can take so good photos of the CAFE' mixed media book we made last weekend. The pictures I took in the basement are very dark. Today looks like it will be really nice day for pictures so I should have my blog updated about 9pm after the kidos hit the sheets....
