ok mostly done....

ok so here are the covers of the mini-books I had to whip up tonight for Chris to submit for me to teach at mega meet. You would think after the 3rd year we would figure out the date that class samples needed to be completed by :)

The basic insides are done too but need a little sprucing. Dont worry they will be fun :) too

Have a great day or night, Hailey

ready-set-scrap

Haha that's what I feel like today. Chris the owner of the best store Scrappy Chic, in Livonia was funny today. We were talking about what classes to offer at the local Scrapbook Convention in May - MegaMeet, and I said well when are they due? She emailed me that they we already due but if we get them something today or tomorrow they could consider it....WOW so a quick trip with all the guys at lunch today we ran into the store and picked up some supplies.

Then tonight I need to whip out two ridiculous fantastic eye catching mini-books.....

I am making one Father's Day/Manly book with G45 papers that mind you arrived just before we got to the store, and one with the cute new CosmoCricket....

So some speedy scrapping tonight...Have a great day, Hailey

Dear Cosmo Cricket,
Please pick me.

Here are some more "favorites" from my man-ly coworkers :)

Please look down at my older posts, some feature Cosmo Cricket in simpler designed layouts and mini's.

pick me, pick me.

well sorry for some of the picks, it was quite windy on the deck. I am known as the minibook mama. I have them everywhere. Cosmo Cricket crafting kits have the perfect amount of paper and treats inside to make them quick, simple, and stylish right down to the cut off strips. :) Take a peek below. I also have posted some quick and simple layouts with crisp style because I don't always have hours to spend on one layout. When I actually scrapbook I want to be able to get a lot done while not comprising an eye catching design. These are projects and layouts that were already complete (and made at a weekend retreat approximately at 2am where quantity not necessarily amazing was the goal) hence the simplicity.

enjoy, Hailey

PS - take a look at my Early Bird Recipe book post from June 16th. The sample is in the store so I cannot get anymore pics before July1st.....And the link to my flickr account for more crafty business. http://www.flickr.com/photos/paper-and-glue/

wow...it's been a week

wow. I cant believe it has been a week since my last post. I have been busy working on samples for megameet. I am putting together a super cute mini book with the lil man papers and so far it is just missing pictures and finishing touches. I also made a paper ephemera box with the Graphic 45 transatlantique line. Which is almost done as well. I think I have A.D.D. when I work on projects. I will start one, and in the middle of it I will get an "ah ha moment" of the next one and must stop to get the next one going.

I am also busy making samples for my "Fun with Alcohol Ink" class that I am hoping to get on the schedule Sunday May 31st.

I will leave you with a few pics....One of the almost finished box and one of my daughter posing for the wrong camera. I now know I watch to much of "E" news when my kids are playing movie star and paparazzi when I peeked in on them.

Convention info is below...those Michiganders stop by and say "hi", I will be in the booth Saturday.

Scrappy Chic http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/ will have a booth with LYB, G45, Cosmo Cricket, and Clip it Up. The show starts May 7th-9th.
